CLEaR Registration fees

 

How to proceede

1. Submit your abstract

2. You will receive the letter of abstract acceptance/rejection.

3. Submit your registration form.

4. You will receive the invoice.

5. Pay your conference fee.

6. You will receive the payment confirmation and confirmation that your registration has been completed.

7. Your presentation will be scheduled in the conference programme.

8. Submit your final paper.

A. The full (3-day) registration fee for attending & presenting participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks
  • a printed conference programme
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • Attendance and/or Author certificates
  • a Dresden evening guided walking tour on 4th December 2017 with an English speaking guide
  • a social dinner in the Saxony style on 5th December 2017
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts),
  • a conference paper reviewing process for the SlovakEdu journals (JoLaCE, LLCE or CLEaR - depending on the author´s choice) - please note that the fee does not include publishing fees for the journals.

B. The reduced (2-day) registration fee for attending & presenting participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks
  • a printed conference programme
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • attendance and/or Author certificates
  • a Dresden evening guided walking tour on 4th December 2017 with an English speaking guide

  • a conference paper reviewing process for the SlovakEdu journals (JoLaCE, LLCE or CLEaR - depending on the author´s choice) - please note that the fee does not include publishing fees for the journals.

D. The registration fee for virtual paper authors includes:


  • digital space in a virtual session of the conference,
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • a printed conference programme
  • attendance and/or Author certificates
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts),
  • a conference paper reviewing process for the SlovakEdu journals (JoLaCE, LLCE or CLEaR - depending on the author´s choice) - please note that the fee does not include publishing fees for the journals.
  • shipment costs (each registered virtual author will receive their conference bag with all conference materials and gifts, both attendance and author certificates, as well as an invoice of the registration fee via regular post. The shipment will be made after the conference).
     

E. The full (3-day) registration fee for attending-only and not-presenting conference participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks
  • a printed conference programme
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • an attendance certificate
  • a Dresden evening walking guided tour on 4th December 2017 with an English speaking guide
  • a social dinner in the Saxony style on 5th December 2017

F. The reduced (2-day) registration fee for attending-only and not-presenting conference participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks
  • a printed conference programme
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • an attendance certificate
  • a Dresden evening walking guided tour on 4th December 2017 with an English speaking guide

G. The reduced (1-day) registration fee for attending-only and not attending participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks
  • a printed conference programme
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • an attendance certificate.

 

CLEaR2017 participants may ordered the following extra services for their accompanying persons and family members:

  • a Dresden evening guided walking tour on 4th December 2017 with an English speaking guide = 20,-  EUR (children under 16 years = 0,- EUR)
  • a social dinner in the Saxony style on 5th December 2017 = 40,- EUR (children between 6 - 16 years = 20,- EUR)

The registration fee does not include accommodation, meals and publication fee for journals.

Publishing papers in journals will be charged separately from a conference fee by reduced publication fees (- 30%) after receiving the affirmative review results.

 

Payment

The registration fee can be paid via:

b) WesternUnion

WesternUnion charges you a service fee (15-20 USD) when you make a money transfer. Please contact the CLEaR2015 Organising Committee to ask for the recipient’s information.

Invoices of the registration fees (in pdf) will be sent to all participants via e-mail along with their registration notifications. The printed and signed copies of invoices will be provided along the other conference materials in conference bags on December 4th, 2017.

Cancellation

  • A 50 EUR administration fee is taken for cancellation.
  • A full refund will be given for cancellations received before October 31st, 2017 (included).
  • No refund will be given for cancellations received after October 31st, 2017.
