A. The full (2-day) registration fee for attending & presenting participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries and sessions
  • refreshments during the breaks on 6th and 7th December 2021
  • 3-course lunch + soft drink on 6th and 7th December 2021
  • guided walking tour on 6th December 20219 (2.5 hours)
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • Attendance and/or Author certificates
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts),
  • a conference paper reviewing process for the conference publications and paper publishing costs (web archiving, e-Proceedings).
 

B. The reduced (1-day) registration fee for attending & presenting participants includes:

C. The reduced (1-day) registration fee for participants presenting online:

  • virtual admission to all plenaries and sessions
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • attendance and/or Author certificates
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts),
  • a conference paper reviewing process for the conference publications and paper publishing costs (web archiving, e-Proceedings)
  • shipment costs (each registered virtual author will receive their conference bag with all conference materials and gifts, both attendance and author certificates, as well as an invoice of the registration fee via regular post. The shipment will be made after the conference)
 

D. The registration fee for members of the audience, not-presenting conference participants:

  • virtual admission to all plenaries and sessions
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • attendance and/or Author certificates
  • shipment costs (each registered virtual author will receive their conference bag with all conference materials and gifts, both attendance and author certificates, as well as an invoice of the registration fee via regular post. The shipment will be made after the conference).
     
The registration fee does not include accommodation, evening meals and publication fee for journals.

Conference participants are not bound to publish their final papers in the conference journals. Therefore, publishing fees have been separated from the conference fees.

 

 

Payment

Registration fees should be paid only AFTER receiving the invoice from the organisational committee.

The registration fee can be paid via:

b) WesternUnion

WesternUnion charges you a service fee (15-20 USD) when you make a money transfer. Please contact the CLEaR2015 Organising Committee to ask for the recipient’s information.

Invoices of the registration fees (in pdf) will be sent to all participants via e-mail along with their registration notifications. The printed and signed copies of invoices will be provided along with the other conference materials in conference bags on December 6th, 2021.
 

Cancellation

  • A 25 EUR administration fee is taken for cancellation.
  • A full refund (- 25 EUR) will be given for cancellations received before November 30th, 2021 (included).
  • No refund will be given for cancellations received after December 1st, 2021.
