Registration type A: a full (3-day) registration fee for physically attending & presenting authors includes:

  • admission to all sessions of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks on 8th, 9th and 10th December 2022

Registration type B: a reduced (2-day) registration fee for physically attending & presenting authors includes:

  • admission to all sessions of the conference on two selected days of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks on two chosen days of the conference
  • guided tour on 10th December 2022
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • Attendance and Author certificates
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts),

Registration type V: virtual authors will gain:
  • admission to all online plenaries and sessions
  • attendance and/or Author certificates (sent via e-mail)
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts),
  • a conference paper reviewing process for the conference publications and paper publishing costs (web archiving, e-Proceedings)

 

All participants, including the attending-only and non-presenting conference participants, are kindly asked to submit a registration form (one per participant). It is necessary to be registered to get into the conference area (as an author or as the general public). There are two types of registration forms:

Registration form A: for plenary speakers, regular paper authors, virtual paper authors, workshop authors & poster authors.

Registration form B: for attending-only participants, accompanying persons, and general audience.

 

Note: The second, third, etc. authors who will attend the conference in person are asked to fill in the registration form B. The second, third, etc. authors who do not attend the conference in person do not need to register (they, however, will be given their certificates of authors and certificates of attendance via the attending author´s conference package). 

 

Confirmation of registration: Registration will be completed once the corresponding proof of payment has been received by: slovakedu@gmail.com. Depending on the way of your payment, it may take up to 4 days for definitive confirmation of your payment, after which a receipt containing your registration details will be issued.

 

Personal data protection

According to Law 122/2013 of the Slovak Republic on Personal Data Protection, we guarantee the confidentiality of personal data. Therefore, the personal data collected through registration forms (name, academic titles, e-mail, address, phone/skype/Facebook contacts) will be used only for the aims that are specified in the registration form (organising the conference, collecting and processing abstracts, corresponding with authors and other participants). You can exercise the right of access, modification, cancellation or opposition by a written request to SlovakEdu (slovakedu@gmail.com).

Payment methods

1) Registration fees should be paid only AFTER receiving the invoice from the Organisational Committee. Invoices of the registration fees (in pdf) will be sent to all participants via e-mail along with their registration notifications. The printed and signed copies of invoices will be provided along with the other conference materials in conference bags on December 8th, 2022.

2) All payments must be made in Euro. Registration forms must be accompanied by appropriate remittance, otherwise, registration will not be accepted.

Registration Guidelines

The registration deadline for virtual authors and virtual audiences: is November 30th, 2022 (included).

 

1) All participants, including the attending-only and non-presenting conference participants, are kindly asked to submit a registration form (one per participant). It is necessary to be registered to get access to the conference (either physically or virtually).

2) Only the registered accepted presentations may be presented (oral, poster or other) at the conference and published in the conference publications.

3) One registration covers up to 2 presentations and publishing 2 final papers of which only one may be published in the Journal of Language and Cultural Education.

3) The second and further authors who will attend the conference in person are asked to register.

4) The second and further authors who do not attend the conference in person do not need to register (they, however, will be provided with their Author´s certificates and Certificates of Attendance via the attending author´s conference package).

 

 

Cancellation and Refunding

The conference registration cancellations (types A - F) must be sent to the Conference Secretariat before November 30th, 2022 and will be charged a fee (15 €) per registration. NO REFUND will be granted after this date or for the no-show. No charge will be asked for the cancellation of virtual paper registration.
