LLCE2015 Registration fees

A. The full (3-day) registration fee for the attending & presenting participants includes:

• Admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events
• Refreshments during the breaks
• Printed conference programme
• Conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materilas, etc.)
• Attendance and/or Author certificates
• 2 x lunch (May 14th and 15th, 2015)
• Welcome Dinner (May 14th, 2015)
• The Nitra guided tour with an official English speaking guide 
• The Bojnice trip with an official English speaking guide
• Conference publications (a JoLaCE issue, Abstracts CD and Proceedings CD) + shipment costs (a copy of the LLCE2015 Conference Abstracts CD, LLCE2015 Conference Proceedings CD and a conference issue of the JoLaCE will be made after the conference).

• Admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events
• Refreshments during the breaks
• Printed conference programme
• Conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference gifts, etc.)
• Attendance certificate
• Welcome Dinner (May 14th, 2015)
• 2 x lunch (May 14th and 15th, 2015)
• The Nitra guided tour with an official English speaking guide 
• The Bojnice trip with an official English speaking guide
• Conference publications (a JoLaCE issue, Abstracts CD and Proceedings CD) + shipment costs (a copy of the LLCE2015 Conference Abstracts CD, LLCE2015 Conference Proceedings CD and a conference issue of the JoLaCE will be made after the conference).

C. The full (3-day) registration fee for the virtual paper authors includes:

• Printed conference programme
• Conference bag (including a conference information package, conference materials & gifts, etc.)
• Attendance and/or Author certificates
• Publishing virtual papers in the virtual conference session (May 14th, 2015 - September 30st, 2015)
• Conference publications (a JoLaCE issue, Abstracts CD and Proceedings CD)
• shipment costs (registered virtual authors will receive a copy of the LLCE2015 Conference Abstracts CD, LLCE2015 Conference Proceedings CD, conference bag with all conference materials anf gifts, a participation and author certificate and an invoice of the registration fee. The shipment will be made after the conference).

• Conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference gifts, etc.)
• Attendance and/or Author certificates
• Conference publications (Abstracts CD and Proceedings CD).
• Lunch (May 14th, 2015)
• Welcome Dinner (May 14th, 2015)

F. The reduced (1-day) registration fee for attending participants - May 15th, 2015 (plenary speakers, regular paper authors, poster authors, workshop presenters) includes:

• Admission to all plenaries and sessions
• Refreshments during the breaks
• Printed conference programme
• Conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference gifts, etc.)
• Attendance and/or Author certificates
• Conference publications (Abstracts CD and Proceedings CD)
• Lunch (May 15th, 2015)

G. Reduced (1-day) fee for attending only and non-presenting participants - May 14th, 2015

• Admission to all plenaries and sessions
• Refreshments during the breaks
• Printed conference programme
• Conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference gifts, etc.)
• Attendance certificate
• Lunch (May 14th, 2015)
• Welcome Dinner (May 14th, 2015)

H. Reduced (1-day) fee for attending only & not-presenting participants - May 15th, 2015

• Lunch (May 15th, 2015)

I. The conference registration fee for visitors and audience includes:

• Admission to all plenaries and sessions
• Refreshments during the breaks
• Printed conference programme
• Attendance certificate.

The registration fee does not include accommodation.

There are many possibilities to book a hotel room close to the conference venue. Please, do not hesitate to ask any questions by e-mail to slovakedu@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist.

Payment

The registration fee can be paid via:

a) PayPal

b) WesternUnion

WesternUnion charges you a service fee (15-20 USD) when you make a money transfer. Please contact the LLCE2015 Organising Committee to ask for the recipient’s information.

An invoice of the registration fee will be provided together with the conference materials on May 14th, 2015.

Cancellation

• A 50 EUR administration fee is taken for cancellation.
• A full refund will be given for cancellations received before March 31st, 2015 (included).
• No refund will be given for cancellations received after March 31st, 2015.
