CLEaR2016 Registration fees

 

How to proceede

1. Submit your abstract

2. You will receive the letter of abstract acceptance/rejection.

3. Submit your registration form.

4. You will receive the invoice.

5. Pay your conference fee.

6. You will receive the payment confirmation and confirmation that your registration has been completed.

7. Your presentation will be scheduled in the conference programme.

8. Submit your final paper.

A. The full (3-day) registration fee for attending & presenting participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks
  • a printed conference programme
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • attendance and/or Author certificates
  • a half-day Prague guided tour with an English speaking guide 
  • The Strahov Monastery Library visit with an English speaking guide
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, the CD Book of Abstracts),
  • a conference paper reviewing process for the CLEaR Journal.

B. The reduced (2-day) registration fee for attending & presenting participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks
  • a printed conference programme
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • attendance and/or Author certificates
  • The Strahov Monastery Library visit with an English speaking guide
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, the CD Book of Abstracts),
  • a conference paper reviewing process for the CLEaR Journal.
C. The reduced (1-day) registration fee for attending & presenting participants includes:
  • admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events of the conference on the day of registration
  • refreshments during the breaks on the day of registration
  • a printed conference programme
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • attendance and/or Author certificates
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, the CD Book of Abstracts),
  • a conference paper reviewing process for the CLEaR Journal.
D. The registration fee for virtual paper authors includes:
  • digital space in a virtual session of the conference,
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • a printed conference programme
  • attendance and/or Author certificates
  • an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, the CD Book of Abstracts),
  • a conference paper reviewing process for the CLEaR Journal
  • shipment costs (each registered virtual author will receive their copy of the CLEaR2016 CD Book of Abstracts, a conference bag with all conference materials and gifts, both attendance and author certificates, as well as an invoice of the registration fee via regular post. The shipment will be made after the conference).
     

E. The full (3-day) registration fee for attending-only and not-presenting conference participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks
  • a printed conference programme
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • an attendance certificate
  • a half-day Prague guided tour with an English speaking guide

  • free copy of CD Book of Abstracts.

F. The reduced (2-day) registration fee for attending-only and not-presenting conference participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks

  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • an attendance certificate
  • The Strahov Monastery Library visit with an English speaking guide
  • free copy of CD Book of Abstracts.

G. The reduced (1-day) registration fee for attending-only and not attending participants includes:

  • admission to all plenaries, sessions and social events of the conference
  • refreshments during the breaks
  • a printed conference programme
  • a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
  • an attendance certificate
  • free copy of CD Book of Abstracts.

The registration fee does not include accommodation, meals and publication fee for journals.

Publishing papers in journals will be charged separately from a conference fee by reduced publication fees after receiving the affirmative review results (for more see: https://www.jolace.com/conferences/conferences-2016/clear2016/conference-publications-and-follow-up/).

There are many possibilities to book a hotel room close to the conference venue, as well as to find many restaurants to have a nice luch or dinner at.

Payment

The registration fee can be paid via:

a) PayPal

b) WesternUnion

WesternUnion charges you a service fee (15-20 USD) when you make a money transfer. Please contact the CLEaR2015 Organising Committee to ask for the recipient’s information.

c) a bank transfer to the following bank account:

Invoices of the registration fees (in pdf) will be sent to all participants via e-mail along with their registration notifications. The printed and signed copies of invoices will be provided along the other conference materials in conference bags on September 15th, 2016.

Cancellation

  • A 50 EUR administration fee is taken for cancellation.
  • A full refund will be given for cancellations received before July 15th, 2016 (included).
  • No refund will be given for cancellations received after July 15th, 2016.
