Registration fees

LLCE2023 participants will compose the registration fee according to their preferences.

The registration fee consists of 3 components:

- in-person participation or online participation

- publishing possibilities

- social event(s).

The registration fee does not include accommodation and evening meals.

1) Types of registration fees:

A: 3-day registration fee for in-person participants (380,- EUR) includes the following services:

• a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
• Attendance and Author certificates
• admission to all plenaries and sessions
• refreshments during the breaks on the 11th and 12th of October

• a conference bag

• an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts)*
• a conference paper double-blind reviewing process for the selected conference publication (depending on the author´s choice) + publishing costs (an open-access Conference Proceedings with ISBN or open-access research journal paper)**

B: 2-day registration fee for in-person participants (330,- EUR) includes the following services:

• admission to all plenaries and sessions
• refreshments during the breaks on 11th and 12th October
• a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
• attendance and/or Author certificates
• an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts)*
• a conference paper double-blind reviewing process for the selected conference publication (depending on the author´s choice)**

C. 1-day registration fee for in-person participants (280,- EUR) includes:

• admission to all plenaries and sessions
• refreshments during the breaks on the day of registration
• a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
• attendance and/or Author certificates
• an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts)*
• a conference paper double-blind reviewing process for the selected conference publication (depending on the author´s choice)**

D. The registration fee for online participants (280,- EUR) includes:

• digital space in a virtual session of the conference,
• a conference bag (including a conference information package, tourism information package, conference materials, etc.)
• attendance and/or Author certificates
• an abstract reviewing process and abstract publishing costs (web, e-Book of Abstracts)*
• a conference paper double-blind reviewing process for the selected conference publication (depending on the author´s choice)**
• shipment costs (each registered virtual author will receive their conference bag with all conference materials and gifts, both attendance and author certificates, as well as an invoice of the registration fee via regular post. The shipment will be made after the conference).

* Conference participants are not bound to publish their abstracts and final papers in the conference publications.

** If the author submits two final papers, one will be considered for publishing in the journal and the second in the e-proceedings.

2) Social events (optional):

S1: The Original Valletta Walking Tour (3 hours) with an English-speaking guide on 12 October = +20,- EUR

LLCE2023 Registration submission

All participants, including the attending-only and non-presenting conference participants, are kindly asked to submit a registration form (one per participant). It is necessary to be registered to get into the conference area (as an author or as the general public). There are two types of registration forms:

Note: The second, third, etc. authors who do not attend the conference in person do not need to register (they, however, will be given their certificates of authors and certificates of attendance via the attending author´s conference package).

Confirmation of registration: Registration will be completed once the corresponding proof of payment has been received by: llce2023@slovakedu.com. Depending on the way of your payment, it may take up to 4 days for definitive confirmation of your payment, after which a receipt containing your registration details will be issued.

Personal data protection

According to Law 122/2013 of the Slovak Republic on Personal Data Protection, we guarantee the confidentiality of personal data. Therefore, the personal data collected through registration forms (name, academic titles, e-mail, address, phone/skype/Facebook contacts) will be used only for the aims that are specified in the registration form (organising the conference, collecting and processing abstracts, corresponding with authors and other participants). You can exercise the right of access, modification, cancellation or opposition by a written request to SlovakEdu (slovakedu@gmail.com).

Payment & cancellation

Registration fees should be paid only AFTER receiving the invoice from the organisational committee.

The registration fee can be paid via:

a) PayPal

b) WesternUnion

WesternUnion charges you a service fee (15-20 USD) when you make a money transfer. Please contact the LLCE2023 Organising Committee (llce2023@slovakedu.com) to ask for the recipient’s information.

c) a bank transfer to the following bank account:

Invoices of the registration fees (in pdf) will be sent to all participants via e-mail along with their registration notifications. The printed and signed copies of invoices will be provided along with the other conference materials in conference bags on October 12th, 2023.

Cancellation

• A 35 EUR administration fee is taken for cancellation.
• A full refund (- 35 EUR) will be given for cancellations received before September 15th, 2023 (included).
• No refund will be given for cancellations received after September 15th, 2023.
